They don’t seem to care about fixing their ATM that never works. Wouldn’t recommend this location
I hate to leave this review but I feel it is needed to help improve the customer satisfaction of this particular Chase location. I do not want to single out the employe, so this is pertaining to the management of this location. I have been a longtime Chase customer for over fifteen years. I went in to this Chase location to get a document notarized. I was told they could not do this "because it was a Chase thing". Zero star! I opened a bank account with Chase. I wrote a check from another bank to fund the account. Chase turned the check into an ACH to withdraw the funds from my online bank AND submitted the paper check for payment. After noticing twice the authorized amount of funds were withdrawn from my online bank I went back to the Panther Creek branch thinking it was a clerical mistake that would be an easy fix.
