Zero star! I opened a bank account with Chase. I wrote a check from another bank to fund the account. Chase turned the check into an ACH to withdraw the funds from my online bank AND submitted the paper check for payment. After noticing twice the authorized amount of funds were withdrawn from my online bank I went back to the Panther Creek branch thinking it was a clerical mistake that would be an easy fix. Terrible customer service they want you to wait around just to tell you that nobody can help you and to make an appointment.
Huge thanks to this branch! Jessica, Jackie, and Cathy went the extra mile to better serve customers after a week of work compared to the spring location who had me reschedule for Monday. Jessica and Jackie were patient, understanding, and great with assisting in helping me with my bank account. Much appreciation for them!
