Very polite , friendly and profesional staff! Too bad they are closing this branch!
This location is like any Chase bank. What gave this place a top 5 star is the branch manager, Lillian. She makes sure she has great relations with all the customers & always goes the extra mile. Very trustworthy.
Just waited in line for 22 minutes with ONE person being helped. RIDICULOUS!!!
My experience was terrible I bank with chase for a long time I usually always have a great experience but this partically branch was very sup-par. Management team in my opinion was lacking knowledge. The kicker to all of this was I was asking the so called manager a couple questions and she was acting like I was wasting her time and I was not existing! I will continue to go to chase but never again will I step in this branch, as I will send my thoughts to the people I know.
