People inside are friendly. Phone contact is terrible. Numbers are constantly changing, and if someone isn't available you're given a quick 800 number and the call is abruptly dropped. The website has a number of broken links to nowhere.
Kevin Calvo was very helpful, patient and polite. I wish there were more people like him working at banks.
I came in to open a business account. My appointment was with Shakara, she couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to answer every question and even asked questions to broaden my mind. I’m glad I came to chase and spoke with Shakara!
ATM took my money, said we currently don’t accept cash deposits. And spit out my card. Don’t make atm deposits here if you want to keep your cash. Banks are literally stealing money at this point. Luckily my deposit wasn’t a lot. Make your deposits in person.
Went in 4 weeks ago. The manager was very rude.
