I've been with Chase for almost 22 years, but that's about to change. The Chase experience is not the same. The tellers are not pleasant at this branch and the ATM is always down. Chase closed the Teal and 38 branch and didn't care to think about the customers. Don't open an account here because you will be disappointed.
ATM has been down for over a week, and now the branch is temporarily closed for some reason, but there are clearly employees in the building.
This was one of the best experiences I have had at a bank made a deposit simple and informative
If I could give it less than 1 star I would. They've closed nearly all branches in Lafayette. Leaving only the 26 branch. The branch on Chauncy hill and at 52 west in west Lafayette. The atm on 26 is down constantly with most recently being damaged and has been out of service for 2 weeks. The atm on Chauncy is out of service. Leaving me to drive 40+ minutes in traffic to just make a deposit. I work until 5pm so the branch closing at 5 really doesn't give me A SINGLE OPTION. This bank has a tendency to close two or three minutes early before five I was here at four fifty eight pm and they were locked up
