Es una falta de respeto total que desde las 6 am en una cola para ser la primera y que la encargada hoy sábado 20 de septiembre con tremenda falta de respeto abra las puertas y pase por encima de todos los que allí estábamos. La peor atención que he visto en toda mi vida. Definitivamente si así tratan a los que madrugan, la mejor opción fue jamás abrir mi cuenta con ustedes, espero que esta falta de respeto no suceda a otras personas.
