Horrible there! Been there 3 times trying to open a Checking account and nobody's never there to attend customers! Never go there if need to do something quickly! Charging my bank to another... not a client and now won't be... they need my money not me doing the banking with them... so bye bye Chase!
I closed out my grandmother’s safety deposit box four years ago and they left it open so they are taking money out of my account and won’t refund my money.

The most fraudulent bank in the United States, shame, supposedly with a reputation and is capable of freezing and keeping the money of a simple worker, this bank froze my money due to some supposed inquiries it was making about the origin of my salary.
