Es una falta de respeto total que desde las 6 am en una cola para ser la primera y que la encargada hoy sábado 20 de septiembre con tremenda falta de respeto abra las puertas y pase por encima de todos los que allí estábamos. La peor atención que he visto en toda mi vida. Definitivamente si así tratan a los que madrugan, la mejor opción fue jamás abrir mi cuenta con ustedes, espero que esta falta de respeto no suceda a otras personas. Bad customer service
Had my business and personal account with Chase for over 5 months. All of the sudden they close my accounts with no explanation. I can’t use my phone number or email address with any other bank institution to use Zelle. Spent all morning calling Chase and Zelle giving me the run around. Worse bank ever. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.
Horrible there! Been there 3 times trying to open a Checking account and nobody's never there to attend customers! Never go there if need to do something quickly! Charging my bank to another... not a client and now won't be... they need my money not me doing the banking with them... so bye bye Chase!
