Avoid this location if possible Went in the branch on Friday to open a checking & savings account and was told they couldn’t help me bc we didn’t have an appointment. I was told this while 2 other employees weren’t doing anything. We went to the hillview location next per this locations recommendation and they weren’t able to take us bc we arrived at 12:05p and they didn’t have “enough time” to set up bc they closed at 1p.
