They never pick up the phone
Everyone here is always friendly and very helpful. Today especially, we were helped near the end of the day by Judi and Braulio to open a school account for my daughter. Braulio took his time to explain everything and didn't rush us through the process even though we stayed past closing. Great customer care!!
Run, don’t waste any time!!! Go elsewhere Trying to get service on an error caused by CHASE, on a Private Client Account, and get directed to Customer Service, after Customer Service directed me to the branch. Awful!
