I opened both checking and savings accounts at the Chase branch at 1111 S Hover St, Longmont, CO about three months ago under a promotion that promised $900 in total bonuses for meeting deposit and balance requirements. I followed every step exactly — deposited the required amounts, kept the balances for the full period, and confirmed eligibility with staff. Despite this, Chase only paid $300 of the promised amount. Bad service. We’ve waiting to open an account. No one seems to care. I highly recommend to go to another branch .
