We had questions and needed to transfer money from another bank. Had an appointment and everything was handled quickly and easily.
Wow! That is the word that comes to mind after signing up with Chase and working with Desiree. Desiree was extremely thorough and helpful in setting up my account and gave me reassurance that I made the right choice switching to Chase.
This bank is terrible, and don't believe the lies about "Card Benefits Services." They say you have insurance, then do everything to deny the claim. Even after spending hours on the phone with card services to make sure everything is done properly, they change the story, don't call back, and then just lie and deny. I even called the branch manager, and he promised to help and call back in 24 hours. A week later, I've heard nothing. Do yourself a favor: don't believe their lies, and make sure to use a different bank.
