The branch manager Robin is discriminating against chase customers with disabilities. My sister has been coming to this particular branch for some time now. Due to her disability she requires assistance to put things away on her person. The tellers have always helped her place her receipts/cash away in her belongings. If you need a short, talkative, over-sharing finance bro to help you with waiting on hold with Chase customer service for a couple hours, go talk to Rob Marchand. Loan officer, Roya Shabtaie, handled my refinance like a superstar! She was always a step ahead and had me well informed. Unlike most loan officers, Ms. Shabtaie followed up immediately with anything the loan department needed and was always available to answer any questions. I had a difficult refinance since, I am self employed but, we just got financed today! Thank you Roya Shabtaie!! We own a few properties therefore, have done some mortgages and refinances. Nobody is better than her; she is the gold standard.
