This branch has gone digital. What that means for the customer is that they (the humans) do not handle any real cash money. They still have reps there as “financial counselors” but forget about depositing cash or getting coins......just updated ATM Machines instead of bank tellers. I understand that the AI Robots will soon be taking over, but could you just have one full service bank teller until the Robots are more advanced. There are no tellers to facilitate transactions only machines. It’s just a row of ATM machines. I have a safety deposit box at this location and I now have to schedule an appointment to access my box. I would not recommend this bank location.

The service was hospitable per say but very cautious as if I was a criminal. That’s exactly how I felt like and I noticed how they treated white individuals better than myself. Thankfully I also have Union Bank and they were so welcoming compared to this chase branch. Shame on you minorities for not standing up for your own, keeping away, and staying quiet. I have never truly felt so criminalized until now and I’ve barely been in California. I will never go in again.
