After searching high and low to find a bank that would medallion guarantee a treasury form for my wife (probably went to 8 different banks and probably called another 10, most didn't even answer the phone) the branch manager Ray Torres not only knew what a medallion guarantee was but that he would also take the time to sign our form. This saved us likely $900 this year and made me glad to still be a Chase customer. Thanks Ray!!
Terrible terrible parking, go to the second closest Chase if quick cash is your goal
Ray was super helpful! In short, my account had been restricted for 2 weeks. 1 week of 5 hours+ of customer service calls did not help, but one phone call with Ray helped me get access to my account within an hour! Love our local chase bank!
