Great customer service!
Soooo slow.. don't pay attention... no customer service! Go anywhere else
I justwent thru drivr-thru deposited 6 checks into my acct. And withdrew $2000. Which I have done many times before. This time they had to send a code to my phone to prove it was me even tho they had my driver's license. I have had the worst service at this location Firestone. And Vanessa is the rudest person to have to deal with. Avoid her at all cost if you don't wait to be treated like dirt. Signed, unhappy customer. Ps, I need to find another bank.
Set an invoice down on the counter to show the teller who I needed a cashiers check for, and the amount. The cashiers check was printed to that person with the amount. The name included [Name] "CPA". Before the session was over I was asked "What are you buying?" Meaning what was I buying w/ the cashiers check (made out to "CPA") for less than $400.
