Love this place great staff very helpful
It's nice banking somewhere where excellent is normal.
We are new to having a Chase Bank account. We went in for notary service this week. Lori was truly knowledgeable, pleasant, and very helpful. Since we opened our accounts about a month and a half ago we have had great service at the Firestone Chase Bank.
Great customer service!
Soooo slow.. don't pay attention... no customer service! Go anywhere else
