The absolute worst customer service EVER. Vanessa doesn't like her job and should find a new one. I called to make an appointment for a new account and Vanessa was very snappy and impatient when I was trying to figure out a time to come in. I will move on to a different bank.
If you're tired of being just another number at your bank, you NEED to go to Chase and ask for Vanessa and Lori. For 25 years, I tolerated mediocre service at my old bank, but these two redefined what customer service means. The 2.4 rating is probably too good for this branch. I have banked with chase a long time and never had an issue anywhere till I moved near here and it happened the first time I came in. The manager was even worse to talk to than the banker who I initially had an issue with.
Poor customer service as both associates I dealt with at the location, gave false information. I feel as though they should be better trained in the information and services given with Chase. I paid a fee to have my debit card expedited before I left town, but did not receive in time. How frustrating and inconvenient.
I had Great customer Service. They were very helpful. Did not have to wait long.
