The 2.4 rating is probably too good for this branch. I have banked with chase a long time and never had an issue anywhere till I moved near here and it happened the first time I came in. The manager was even worse to talk to than the banker who I initially had an issue with.
Poor customer service as both associates I dealt with at the location, gave false information. I feel as though they should be better trained in the information and services given with Chase. I paid a fee to have my debit card expedited before I left town, but did not receive in time. How frustrating and inconvenient.
I had Great customer Service. They were very helpful. Did not have to wait long.
There is always only one person who knows how-to do a specific thing. Staff are like statues reading from a script. Chase overall has really gone down hill in every aspect
