JoJo was very helpful from start to finish. Came here to open account with limited documents since I'm a newcomer from Canada. She was able to advise for the best steps I should take to get my credit going. She offered different types of credit cards different types of accounts. After account creation, she personally taught me how to use ATM machine set up debit card on my phone, set up auto transfer to savings account, set up a goal, etc. A stressful task became easy with her as a knowledgeable experience banker, Thank you.

Really poor customer service here. Very frustrating experience and lots of time wasted. I definitely do not recommend coming here your banking needs

No parking ever! People park in the 15 minute parking and when you tell the bank tellers they side with the other people. Today I parked behind cars because again no parking and no one in the bank. Lady returns from Whole Foods and yells at me. Go inside and the bank teller tells her she has every right to park there and the 15 minutes isn’t enforced.
