No wonder this place has two stars. No parking. No atms available and line is forever long. No greeting at the door and just annoyed at rude customers
I walked-in to this branch to solve account issues. The front desk (on the right side long hair woman) representative working with us was very bad and mean. There were available bankers sitting in the room but we were told unavailability. The most ridiculous part is that when I asked to use restroom, the agent said “It’s NOT for public”. But I was customer for Chase for a while and never treated like that before. I will NEVER go here again. The directors should really think about HOW to serve and treat their customers!
