I walked-in to this branch to solve account issues. The front desk (on the right side long hair woman) representative working with us was very bad and mean. There were available bankers sitting in the room but we were told unavailability. The most ridiculous part is that when I asked to use restroom, the agent said “It’s NOT for public”. But I was customer for Chase for a while and never treated like that before. I will NEVER go here again. The directors should really think about HOW to serve and treat their customers!
I am a chase private client. I walked into this branch to open an account with my daughter at 1:20pm. There was an agent available but refused to me. I was told she has to make phone calls.( this is a lie) I understand the bank closes at 2 pm on Saturdays. I intend to close my accounts with Chase.
