I mostly like Chase in Carpinteria, but when I need to take out more than the limit required. I go inside. I had the worst day in being served by young Hispanic girl. The machine where you insert your card wasn't working. She asked for proof of two ID'S. She didn't count the money in from of me. Just threw it down for me to pick up. She had an attitude. That is not the way a customer should be treated. I will not be going to your bank again. She should not be working in public with an attitude She showed me.
Was going through a unique and difficult situation. Met with Hajer Alakabi for help. Hajer was great, helpful, knowledgeable, had a positive attitude, and guided me step by step through the entire process, and made things manageable. Thanks to Hajer and the staff at the branch for all their help making a tough situation manageable. Kudos!
Quick and easy help, workers went out of their way for me and were very knowledgeable. Abraham was the one who helped me the day I went in and his appearance and mannerisms weren’t for show, I got all the help I needed and more. I’d ask for an employee like Abraham in any kind of bank.
