Humberto helped me complete a wire transfer that was really important and stayed about 15 mins after hours to make sure we completed it. He went above and beyond what was expected. Five stars for Humberto!
Just made a deposit here and lost 200$ at teller check in. Even I checked before making transfer
Assistant manger lies a lot and does nothing better then a teller. Even had a teller put 7200 into someone else's account and once found and corrected over a week later. My accounts are all closed which we never got upset but its troubling how unprofessional this group is at this bank. Zero help and speaking to anyone on phone is worse then going in person. We visited this branch on the west davis Conroe and met with Andrew Stahl. He was very unprofessional and rude. He refused to help us after we had been waiting for over 30. I would not recommend this branch and this employee.
