Would give less than 1 star, if I could. My car was totalled. Got check from insurance company. They held check from Progressive for 5 days, still not released. Could be up to 12 days. I need a vehicle. Renting a car. No one answers phone. No one answers email. Absolutely hate this bank and will be changing as soon as this is wrapped up. In 2025, it does not take 12 days to clear a check.
Worst bank location. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other bank. Cindy the manager is not helpful with anything. Leidy the teller doesn't know what she's doing. I've gone to this location and never had trouble until now. I've been a customer for close to 20 years. This location is absolutely terrible and will make it as difficult as possible to get YOUR OWN MONEY out. On top of that they took forever to attend to my transaction only to make the whole ordeal as difficult as possible. Training needs to be better but wi... read more
