Assistant manger lies a lot and does nothing better then a teller. Even had a teller put 7200 into someone else's account and once found and corrected over a week later. My accounts are all closed which we never got upset but its troubling how unprofessional this group is at this bank. Zero help and speaking to anyone on phone is worse then going in person. We visited this branch on the west davis Conroe and met with Andrew Stahl. He was very unprofessional and rude. He refused to help us after we had been waiting for over 30. I would not recommend this branch and this employee.
This bank is unprofessional and lacks experience personnel. The manager is here at this bank, keep changing and the ones they currently have are no better than a teller behind the counter. I know, people canceling their accounts to go somewhere else due to lack of experience, professionalism, and the fact that people bank here and cannot get nothing done because the managers have no experience
This bank has gone downhill after numerous Manager’s. We used to be able to put large checks in without a problem now every check is being on hold for 15+ days. Finally got tired of it because the manager that is present cannot do anything better than what a teller can do and when I told them I’ll be closing my account the day my funds come available. Horrible branch! Someone needs to come and train those employees on how to take care of customers, specially business customers, should not ever Take 30 min - 1 hour to do a simple wire transfer! no good customer service.
