I called to ask about funds that were in my account but, not accessible due to the other bank the check I deposited, was drawn from. Elmer stepped up and contacted the other bank, was able to move the availability of funds so I could access. Elmer stepped out of his way to help me and I truly appreciate the fantastic service . See this bank for excellent customer service.
Clean, safe ATM that allows you to withdraw up to $300 at a time. $3 ATM fee for non-customers. As an American Riviera Bank customer this is a good ATM I like to use.
Big, huge lobby. Smells great inside and the staff is very friendly. Ask for Jane up front.
Need new management to overhaul and bring in competant tellers. One manger defensive, not customer friendly. Loss of confidence in managing money transactions efficiently.
