This is the worst branch in America they need to fire the branch manager he is no help. I opened a business account then they closed my business account with no reason I had no collections. And kept over $7500 because they needed to verify the money was for me even though I showed them proof with an email showing the transaction IDs and the merchant called them. I met a very interesting caracter in this branch on 10598 Baseline Rd. Rancho Cucamonga CA, 91701, last wednesday,, his name : Robert F. Holritz, and his title is Branch Manager. Hard to believe, due to his lack of education and manners. I went there to ask for information about how to open an account for my grandaughter. His answer in a very rude manner was: you have to get an appointment with a Banker. Today I immediately closed my account because they only take appointments. Very small business can not come twice more. I immediately went to Citibank next to me to open three new accounts. My experience has not had any bank just ask for an appointment,
The district Manager need to visited this Brand ..Unacceptably customer service ,bad attitude, bad mood faces not friendly face and so disrespectful
