I had a really good experience at this bank. The woman who helped me was very nice and I appreciate this bank way more than Wells Fargo. I always had issues at Wells Fargo and I never have any issues at Chase.
Bad experience. Not trained well and not efficient at all. Some checks that they can not doposit, even with the on-site manager help, but other branch could deposit without problems.
They have 2 walk up ATMs that no one can use after hours and the drive thru ATM seems to always be unable to accept cash deposits
