This branch specifically has Incredibly BAD customer service! They are filled with excuses when they don’t do their job, and it’s not just one employee, it’s more than a few. I have 3 accounts with Chase and will be closing all of them. After some research, you’re better off going to CBB or Schools First.
The teller stole $1200 cash from me. I called the police and there is a criminal investigation. The bank’s handling of the situation has been hideous from the beginning. Absolutely horrible, evil and crooked. The worst banking experience ever.
Going into the bank is a rarity for me. But I did have to go in today due to some fraud on my account. I ended up at Xochitl’s window and she was so pleasant and helpful. Made the entire process so smooth and easy and over all had a pleasant and welcoming personality. Just a reminder that good people do still exist and deserve a “thank you” for being kind and helpful.
Went after hours right when they close. Was trying to get cash at atm but the card reader for the door was not working and there was a long line for drive thru at because no one could get in and use the atm at the lobby
