Going into the bank is a rarity for me. But I did have to go in today due to some fraud on my account. I ended up at Xochitl’s window and she was so pleasant and helpful. Made the entire process so smooth and easy and over all had a pleasant and welcoming personality. Just a reminder that good people do still exist and deserve a “thank you” for being kind and helpful.

Went after hours right when they close. Was trying to get cash at atm but the card reader for the door was not working and there was a long line for drive thru at because no one could get in and use the atm at the lobby

Had to wait so long in line to go through the atm drive through when in the past it wasn't a problem cause the atms inside were open after hours dumbest decision definitely gonna go to a credit union after this bs

Terrible service from the financial banker, and it's management. Had an appointment made for weeks, and I show up 10 min early to tell me their banker I had the appointment with didn't show up so, they would like for me to reschedule. Then thereafter, said the date was incorrect which was another plot to get me out the door. Once I got to speak to one of the persons, it took multiple attempts to advise I need a copy of proof of payment.
