Opening an account at this branch is impossible. The desk staff has a poor attitude toward customer service: Chase sent me a coupon to open a high school account, but school hours end at 4, the last available appointment is at 4 pm and there are no appointments on Saturdays. How is this supposed to work? It doesn’t make sense. I went on a Saturday without an appointment, arriving at 1:45 PM, but they refused to assist me, using the excuse that they closed at 2:00 PM.
