Terrible customer service. A man named Nestor was standing staring at his computer for probably 10 minutes before I finally just walked up and asked him that I need some help. He told me to take a seat and someone would help me. Same thing, Sat there for another 10 minutes before I just walked out. Prioritize customer service a little more will ya?
outside ATM has been broken and won't dispense cash, so it's utterly worthless
Their ATM IS ALWAYS BROKEN! They also don’t allow access to the ATM inside after business hours. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration and go to another one.
