The bank employees are exceptional and the service is more than great, the problem is ATM access, not very many, if you use an non approved ATM you're charged by the ATM and then you're charged by Chase for using a non approved Chase ATM, sometimes you have no choice, less ATM's more charges, changing banks is always an option.
Very nice, friendly and thorough staff. They have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions.
I've had nothing but positive experiences at this bank. The staff here are a big part of the reason I still use Chase as my primary bank. They always remember me and ask about my daughter by name when I'm there, they take time to talk about banking and investment products, and even when Wayne is busy, he has taken time to help me with last-minute notarizing of paperwork I needed related to probate and dealing with my husband's estate.
