I've had nothing but positive experiences at this bank. The staff here are a big part of the reason I still use Chase as my primary bank. They always remember me and ask about my daughter by name when I'm there, they take time to talk about banking and investment products, and even when Wayne is busy, he has taken time to help me with last-minute notarizing of paperwork I needed related to probate and dealing with my husband's estate. Very rude red haired middle age lady.
The friendliest and fast customer service. It's my main location they remember me and makes it feel more genuine. They remember my name and where I work. I have never been anywhere that has even half as much excellent customer service. I tried different banks and I will never ever need another bank. Thank you for always caring about your customers.
