The friendliest and fast customer service. It's my main location they remember me and makes it feel more genuine. They remember my name and where I work. Lost a customer because of their attitude. Me and my husband were wanting to come set up an account. The guy at at the counter was rude to us. He asked if we had an appt, we said no we didn’t know we needed one. He said their only banker had an appt at 10am (it was 9:15) so they wouldn’t see us because it “takes over an hour” to make a bank account. Ok…they couldn’t start it and let us finish later?
