traffic was heavy going down Thunderbird so i came here instead to pay my credit card. first time coming inside, usually use the drive thru. Christina was very nice and when other tellers were busy, she opened a window so she could help me. very professional and customer service friendly. much appreciated.
-> or so I thought. They began to charge monthly fees. Began to read about many issues with Chase bank. Moved back to a credit union which I like much better. I'm staying away from corporate super banks who find more ways to drain your funds. My new bank. I feel quite secure here. Staff are wonderful, kind, professional, helpful. I like this bank. They know what they are doing.
