If there were less stars to give, this Chase branch would earn them. Zero to this branch, led at least in part by the Assistant Branch Manager Taylor Fairfield. This is the second incident that has occurred within the past 8 months. And additionally, I will say to those that read this that in both situations, the Assistant Branch Manager Taylor Fairfield was the person with whom I interacted and was the common denominator in both situations. We are not American but we deal at the Chase Bank on Camino del Sol because they are so friendly and accommodating. If you live in this area, I would highly recommend the Chase Bank.
Just want to put a shout out out to Juan Chavez for his kindness and helpfulness that he gave us this morning. This Chase branch has been so friendly since we moved to Sun City West and Juan has been part of that, all the employees here are so nice even when we make a withdrawal lol. Sometimes I just want to stick my head in the door to say hi even when I have no baking to do! Keep up the good work and we'll always do our banking here.
