Half a star at best I just walked in There with four forms ID and they wouldn’t cash my check after a manager approved of it
The personal banker was very courteous and helpful.
Went there again with another negative experience. Showed up with new trust, and POA paperwork and we were told by the banker the trust needed reviewed by their legal team and that no new changes can be made to the account. Again, DO NOT BANK HERE!!! NEGATIVE STARS!
