I have had some good interactions here with managers or bankers but the tellers fall far from the tree!! Have had several bad experience with Chase bank tellers at this location usually incompetence or giving mis-information. I belong to several banks and credit unions and I know how I get treated at those banking institutions. I would give the tellers at this bank ZERO stars if I could and here is why. Sorry, but, no, I didn’t go to a Chase bank today. I probably drove by one, on my way to get my tires checked. FWIW, my wife had an account at Chase years ago.
Long wait, bankers with no clients and still wait. Just inconvenient
Bank is good but why no drive up atm in 2026? Also the outside atm hardly ever lets you deposit or take cash out…
