NO drive-thru ATM for Weeks, maybe months? PLEASE PLEASE put up a VISIBLE sign atleast stating DRIVE THRU IS CLOSED !? Only 1 outside ATM available. I've been with this Bank when it was called CHEMICAL bank, sad to see such a reputable bank have such a sad a delay. This area needs this location to be fully functional. Please shut it down or fix it already.
1 star rating for the 1 ATM in the entire building...catch up with current times. How do you have 1 external-walk up ATM & that's it? No drive up ATM, no additional ATM on the inside, just 1 outside. A top 5 biggest bank in the world only has 1 ATM outside at a branch office. One star.
This bank has untrained tellers, as does our local branch up north. Even when set up prior to deceasing. They have kept mom's funds hostage for eventually 12+wks.
