Great bank and personnel really care and very professional 👍
Wonderful group of tellers and bankers. They have been extremely helpful and friendly. We are new to the surprise area and are very happy with this branch. I cannot for the life of me remember the teller's name, we just left there and I was staring right at her name plate (we have a running joke about going grocery shopping for her so she'll know who we are hah) she is just amazing! We'd also like to thank Ryan for his help as well!
They do not answer their phones and do not respond to answering machine messages. Their customer service will not connect to the local branch.
Oct 15th I Called the number Chase Bank has listed online for the Sun City Grand location off Sunrise Boulevard in Surprise,Az . I spoke to a young lady and asked if I can make an appointment to setup a new business account , she said yes we have a opening Wednesday Oct 16th 10:15am so I confirm she set the appointment . have been in business for 5 years and wanted to switch from Wells Fargo to Chase .
