Love this place, people are very nice.
This Chase branch in The Grand is the best banking experience we have ever had. 1. On most days, someone meets you at the door to start helping you...I mean really? For just a quick question, this saves me a wait in line. 2. There is never a long wait as they actually seem to hire enough tellers. 3 The tellers are all wonderful and super smart! Chris is fantastic and so is Nahara (sp?). Our banker Ryan spent a generous amount of time setting up our accounts and helped smoothing out any kinks. I really can't say enough good t... read more
Great bank and personnel really care and very professional 👍
Wonderful group of tellers and bankers. They have been extremely helpful and friendly. We are new to the surprise area and are very happy with this branch. I cannot for the life of me remember the teller's name, we just left there and I was staring right at her name plate (we have a running joke about going grocery shopping for her so she'll know who we are hah) she is just amazing! We'd also like to thank Ryan for his help as well!
