Talk about rude receptionist Natalie. While going up to the window I said “hello” and her with no reply. So then I asked for cashiers check and rudely she reply “put your card in” didn’t bother to even ask on what account when she was already processing my account after giving her the amount. I recently opened an account with Kelly at this branch. Kelly was minimally conversational to say the least while opening my account. After opening my account, I was waiting for the promotion to apply for opening a new checking account. I called customer service to check on the status of the promotion. Customer service informed me the promotion had not been added while opening my account and they recommended I go back into the branch to resolve the issue.
