Honestly I've been having so much issue about fraud with this bank that I never had before with Wells Fargo so FYI
If I have a option to write zero star, I will do for this location. I go today at the store and I asked to do some 100$ Large bill she told me I can’t help you because you don’t have a account with chase,and I have a credit card already the most stupid things I hear today I’ve been on this bank with a credit card acaount more than se7 year, waste the time with these people, too bad chase just lost a customer. They’ve been more than seven years.
Admittedly, I've been quite ignorant when it comes to my finances. Talk about rude receptionist Natalie. While going up to the window I said “hello” and her with no reply. So then I asked for cashiers check and rudely she reply “put your card in” didn’t bother to even ask on what account when she was already processing my account after giving her the amount. So I just asked. You’re taking it from saving right? She replied owe let me start over. Smh. None the less, never have I been to a chase bank where they are emotionless to customers.
