My roommate wanted to open an account. He tried to do it online and it said he had to go in. So I being an account holder made an appointment. Came in early for the appointment, still had to wait no problem. Then finally brought back. Explained about opening an account was told just go online send my friend the link, my friend filed out what he needed and then got to a point where it said he needed to wait for the bank at this point. My account has been on a hold because of a social security issue. I have been to the branch several times to address this issue, but I seem to be getting the run around. I just wish someone there cared enough about my circumstances to actually help.
