The ATMs are extremely slow and 90% of the time the drive thru ATM is never ready to use. Been like this for years.
Saturday 2/17/2024, I called the Chase Bank branch located on Dysart Rd and Camelback Rd in Litchfield Park, AZ. I asked if a notary was available and I was told yes. I was further told to get their before 2pm because they close at that time. I arrived around 1:15pm. The teller Josh was the notary and informed me to take a seat and he would be with me soon. If you needed anything other than a cash withdrawal or deposit then go to another Chase location. The tellers can’t perform any services, so any simple tasks such as adding someone to an account requires a banker. Unfortunately the bankers are booked out 2-3 weeks. Also they couldn’t provide any additional information about basic Chase products. This location is essentially a glorified ATM. All the poor reviews for this location make sense.
