Manager with the shoulder length gray hair is completely useless and rude. Saying “not my problem” to a customer asking to verify if a check was real is incredulous. We were trying to do the right thing and just ensure this was a legitimate check and were not set on depositing. We were told by the issuing bank it is the depositing bank’s or cashier duty to verify that as we did not have the legal right.
