Is it just me or do all Chase bank branches employ incompetence? I go to store and I ask questions about a product and I get answers. I call my cell company and change my plan and it gets done. Why then is so hard for anyone at Chase bank branches to do anything correctly? I sat with a lady over multiple days. I watched her stuff her face with donuts and basically not know anything and couldn't do simple tasks such as printing. I’ve been trying to reach the Chase branch at different times every day not once have they picked up the phone..,no way to leave a message. So I was referred to a link to schedule an appointment for notary public and online scheduling and that’s not working . I called Chase customer service and was advised that there’s no way to get a message to that branch to call me back and no way to chat with that branch very disappointed.. unhappy Chase customer!!!
