I went to this branch because of my experience at a different lovation on Waddell and Litchfield. It was a horrible experience. Lindsay acknowledged that she had a 3 PM appointment and stated that if they didn't show up in the next 10 minutes, she would help me. While I was waiting, she talked with me, and I expressed that I was a bit upset and shared my experience with her. Despite the possibility of dismissing me, she did the exact opposite; she genuinely cared. This will definitely be the location I return to!

Terrible service. I was treated terrible, dismissed, they would not complete my paperwork because the banker that helped me previously was off the next day I went in. I was not told why another banker could not complete the work. I was told to come back on another day when that banker would be there. This branch does not care about their customers or how they treat them. Makes me want to switch banks. Sad I have been going to this branch for more than 15 years.
