Very helpful staff. Had documents needing a Notery seal.
I'm one Happy pregnant lady, I came in to cash some savings bonds which take a while. I could feel my feet hurting and my body warming up and the bank teller was very kind to let me sit while I waited. You would think human kindness like that is normal but it's not so I'm very grateful! Thank you!
The worst customer service ever lady comes into you like really direct like willing to help you and then they wanna delay you for a day or two just to speak with somebody
I called to set an appointment to open an account for a family member and was pleased to be scheduled in1 hour. I arrived at the store and the banker came out as I walked in and introduced herself. We were done in a jiffy. The Manager came over and welcomed us as well. A great banking experience!
