I walked the building looking for someone to help me and wasn’t assisted due to the only 2 people in the building helping other customers. After a few minutes and a phone call from within the building a person walks out from the back and tells me that everyone is busy. I asked if banking was done by appointment only and a different lady said no but will have to wait and or make an appointment due to only having 2 people working. They take walk ins first. Your a bank, you should have more people on staff!

No tellers at this location when you walk inside; just an open floor plan. someone directions you the inside ATM; So I had the option of pulling money out from the AMT’s but that would have place me above the limit ($3,000) & wouldn’t be able to pull out any money for two days from an ATM. it’s a weird set up that doesn’t work.
This has to be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t waste your time going to this branch. Drive the little extra distance to another branch with tellers.
