This branch is nothing more than a glorified atm. And theres a perpetual homeless encampment in front of the parking lot of the branch. I miss Easy Street records and old Lower QA.
They replaced the tellers with machines and no longer offer full banking services like currency exchange, rolls of quarters, etc. They directed to me to another location for even simple account questions. I don’t understand why this branch is still open. Just put an ATM here.
