Not the best customer service. Did not seem like they wanted to help.
Transitioning ALL of my accounts out ASAP. I was incredibly disappointed when I went in to conduct a routine transaction. I’ve banked there ( mostly online transactions) for many decades w/ a savings, checking and mortgage loan account. Apathetic teller that cut me off mid sentence to decline a request for a particular transaction. Rerouted to do the transaction online and deposit the checks. Just went in to get a document notarized and was met with such incredible rudeness from the person sitting up front. I wasn’t even sure she worked there because she was sitting up on her phone. I let her know I needed to have a document notarized and she tells me all the bankers are busy. I told her, it’s fine I can wait. She told me I couldn’t. I asked her why not because they didn’t close for another hour and a half and she brushed me off saying they couldn’t help me. She was extremely dismissive, rude, and unprofessional.... read more
Zeke and Brenda were kind , understanding and really helpful with a credit card and account issue. They were able to fix a problem quickly that the Chase -Monroe branch could not. The Branch on Monroe was rude and disorganized. My husband has terminal cancer. I’m grateful for their assistance and will only go to the Chase branch on Yuma and Watson , from now on.
