This branch is always happy to help. Never overly crowded even on a Saturday.
Worst bank I've ever been to. They will lie straight to your face. Do not go here
Extremely rude bankers. Banker complained they were going to be late for their next appointment after showing up 15 mins late for mine !
They take there time, it blows my mind something that should be in and out situation.
Reading the other reviews I just realized I'm not the only one that has received horrible customer service from this branch. I have been a client for 17 years and Jesus said that didn't matter. ALMA, JESUS and the other tellers along with management offered very poor customer service. They had me waiting through the drive thru for about half hour. They were eating and chatting, but they couldn't help me because I had my debit card but not my identification. Horrible service will look into closing this account pretty soon.
