First time in the branch and the girls were so nice and helpful!!
My daughter just turned 18 and we went in to open her a new bank account. My daughter has always been an introvert and not fond of many people. Jesus was our banker for this appointment and I can't express enough how impressed I was with his service. He was so friendly and easy going. When he started talking to my daughter I thought for sure he would receive silence from her but to my surprise she engaged in conversation. NO!, just NO!. Rude employees who smile when you ask for a manager because he's not in and they know nothing will happen to them. Actually more of a smirk than a smile. Tell me again why I would put up with rude, incompetent and annoying behavior from children while trying to do my banking? Oh wait, I won't. Done with Chase.
