This has been my go to branch for years. Everyone is helpful and super kind. From the teller staff to individual bankers, everyone does their best to ensure that the customer has a great experience. Shoutout to one particular member - Amberely. Amberely is simply awesome, charming, and kind. Goes above and beyond to help customers with their questions and provide the best service.
The service at this branch is really great. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I went there for opening a new chase account for my wife and Wendy was so patient and explained everything with great details and was very helpful.
My favorite branch of Chase which is conveniently located in the heart of South Lake Union. The staff is always super helpful and nice here! We’ve been going here for almost 3 years and have seen the same staff all this time which is awesome.
