I usually don’t write reviews, but Amberley really earned this one. I went in to open a Chase Sapphire card and applied in the branch with her. At that time, the offer I got was 60,000 points after spending $5,000 in 3 months. All good. The funny part? The moment I stepped out of the bank and checked my phone, I saw I was pre-approved for 75,000 points instead. I literally turned around and walked right back in. This was hands-down the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. The teller with pink hair was rude, unprofessional, and completely clueless about even the most basic banking tasks. She acted like customer service didn’t exist and had zero interest in helping. I’ve been a Chase customer for years and have never encountered anything like this. This level of incompetence and disrespect is unacceptable. I will never set foot in this branch again.
The bank opens at 9 am but is still empty at 9:30 am. There’s no one to talk to, and when I asked the cashier, all the officers were busy with other customers. The bank is completely deserted, and there’s a clear lack of punctuality. Avoid this branch; instead, go to any other branch.
Horrible customer service, the woman at the desk refused to accept the documents that are on the list she provided. Went to a different Chase branch and had no issues. Avoid this branch.
I had such a wonderful experience at the Chase Bank branch in South Lake Union, all thanks to Amberly Deeds! She has been incredibly friendly, kind, and professional every single time I’ve visited. Amberly responds super quickly and always goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. Even though I've been here for just 4 days, I already feel like home thanks to this experience!
