I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt like many of the others misrepresent this branch. I have been going here for 2 years and have always had great experiences with the tellers. They’re all very friendly, great communicators, and efficient at their jobs. I’ve moved a few times so they’ve helped me through the headache of money orders and depositing checks with two names on them. My only complaint is that the ATM is not accessible outside of business hours and the branch is not open on Saturdays.
Terrible and inefficient bank, anything you do gets flagged and you have to repeatedly call their numbers.
My new employer had a strange request about having a blank check for direct deposits. I was in the area and it was such an easy thing to do (or so I thought). I didn’t understand why something so simple was so hard. I all heard was No No No. When all the nos were exhausted, then she tells me she cannot accept my id because it has a hole in it.
