I called this location three times to inquire about opening a business account with them. Particularly, I had some questions that weren’t sufficiently answered by online FAQs. I also tried calling the 800 number listed online for assistance. Why would I ever want to work with a bank who has 0 interest in assisting a new business customer? The excuse that this location along with another two are all so busy on a Saturday that there was not a single person available to at least answer and place me on hold is highly unlikely.
Everyone at this branch is friendly and professional.
