Wonderful staff! Very helpful and accommodating
I called this location three times to inquire about opening a business account with them. Particularly, I had some questions that weren’t sufficiently answered by online FAQs. I also tried calling the 800 number listed online for assistance. Why would I ever want to work with a bank who has 0 interest in assisting a new business customer? The excuse that this location along with another two are all so busy on a Saturday that there was not a single person available to at least answer and place me on hold is highly unlikely.
Everyone at this branch is friendly and professional.
I am on here with my elderly mother, and management showed no concern for how long customers must wait. There's a long line, but just 2 tellers when there are 4 windows at least 2 other employees are here as well, but doing nothing to expedite the line. At the very least, the branch manager should be out here staffing a window. Glad that I don't use this institution for my banking. This experience just makes me resolved to never becom a Chase client. This branch must have gotten customer service training at Walmart.
