Went into the branch today to get a document notarized. However, i was notified by the teller that their notary is only available from 9-11AM.
Horrible customer service at chase bank today!! I try to pay my car loan and the dumb teller couldn’t find my account, she called two people, I show her my account summary and bills paper and she still couldn’t find my account!!! I wait like 20 min and I have pay my bills here before !! There was no apology at all!! Do not go see SUMMER!! She horrible!!!

Opening business account at this bank location brought me more stress. I COULD have done it at an another service for much better quality! Horrible service! Low performance of banking management.
