Chase bank is the worst bank in the history of banks do not bank with them go to Wells Fargo go to Citibank go to any other bank except for Chase. I am in the process of moving all my funds and my fiancé's funds and everyone I work with I'm telling them to change banks because of how horrible of an experience I've had . Jp Morgan absolutely terrible worst bank ever.

Went in today to change an account from my name to my kid’s name. It’s noon and we can’t get it done today at all they tell us. Also, they can’t do it tomorrow Saturday, but they are open. This is just ridiculous!! Female I asked first in the area where they open the accounts, change accounts, etc. completely unfriendly. Looked at us like we were bothering her. Won't help me with my account. Won't cash checks that I have put in until weeks later even though I have to pay rent! And buy groceries with my money. This is ridiculous. Atms always broken or not accepting my card for some reason even my cashapp card which says works at chase cant get money from the atm using that either. This is dumb. And they aren't helping at all!
