I have been banking at this location for over 20 years. They are always helpful, friendly, and professional. Very happy with the people at this branch!!
Anytime I go before work to make a deposit at this specific location. Their ATM's always say "THIS ATM CAN NOT ACCEPT CASH DEPOSITS". Or if it's not that they always have somebody servicing the machine altogether early in the morning. Save yourself some time and go to a different location before/after hours!.
Dishonest with their offers. Opened an account here due to an offer of $300 for new accounts. Transferred my money from another bank, started direct deposits.., etc. Chase then closes one of my accounts without warning and said I was no longer eligible for the $300. After talking to them, they said "yeah that's too bad, we would like to do something but we can't reissue the offer because you have accounts with us now" .... what? Bank elsewhere. Unhelpful, dishonest.
Kristi, Val and Jamille and others there are excellent people to do business with. Always get great service. I wish the people the give 1 star would hold a mirror to their face before they comment because I've been dealing with this branch for years and besides the one guy we don't talk about anymore they've been outstanding depiste the Greed of Jaimie Dimon. These people have been a joy to work with as I juggle personal and 3 business accounts with them and have over a decade here. Thank you!
