Very disappointing experience with this Chase branch. I bank with Chase personally and for my business, and I’m also a Chase Private Client. We had already deposited a previous insurance check from the same customer at this same branch with no issue. When a second check came in, the branch suddenly refused it and treated it incorrectly. Because of that, we had to bring an almost 90-year-old disabled customer in a wheelchair to the branch.
