The branch manager Miguel has been very welcoming and attentive every time me and my husband have been in the branch. We stopped by today again to get some assistance with our account and Miguel and Will were extremely helpful. We appreciate their attentiveness and customer service.
Chase is not my banking institution. I went into deal with bank fraud, everyone was very helpful. The bankers ensured the account was closed and labeled as fraud.
No one works here. 25+ min wait in drive through no matter the time of day.
The service was terrible. I went there three times in total. The first time, they told me I needed to make an appointment. I made an appointment to open an account, but the staff made an appointment for me to apply for a credit card. Then I went home and made an appointment online myself, and then I went there at the appointment time. The person was not there :)
