On 6/12/2026, my wife and I visited the Chase Viera branch to deposit a check and to get $200 cash back. When we counted the money teller K had put on the counter, we found it was short $40. After K verified that, she baselessly accused us of stealing: “I put $200 here. You took the money.” We were stunned by such an insulting accusation, so we asked K to show us a camera recording to support her claim and asked to speak to her manager. Fast and personable!!!
Suddenly, the lobby is no longer open after hours for ATM use. Undoubtedly, management saw a homeless person, got freaked out, and now all customers are paying the price. I needed fives for a trip and assumed I could get the money on the way out as I always do. It was infuriating when I found the door that's been open after hours for years, was suddenly locked.
