Why would anyone bank with chase? They TRY to make everything extremely difficult. Find a good local bank instead.
The customer service at this chase was amazing. We walked in on a Saturday morning and needed some documents notarized. Anna was so patient and helpful we truly appreciated it. Someone also came up and gave our kids piggy banks while they were patiently waiting for us.
