There were 2 tellers and only 2 customers ahead of me. It seemed to take awhile. But I don't know what business they were doing. But once it was my turn, The service was courteous , thorough and helpful.
Went here at noon on a Saturday, drove from out of town to get here to open my son a teen checking account and was told it would take an hour to open. Well they close at 1pm. You are telling me they can’t take a few extra minutes after close time to wrap up opening a checking account when I took the time to drive out here? Poor customer service. Nothing on the website told me to give myself an hour to open the account. Since I work during the week every day until 4:30 that means since they close at 5pm I have to wait another... read more
What a joke, lmao. Walked in to open a checking and savings account for my wife and I personal use.. and I am a combat Veteran. The Jenks Chase just claimed they didn't have time for us. Ok then. I'm sure there's 100 banks in Tulsa that will take my money
