I love chase but this location is the worst. You have to go through many obstacles to get money out of your own account. Even with identification provided, it is still a task. Please save your time and go elsewhere. Not to mention the ATM works when it wants to. They need to shut down and start over. The tellers are slow, and incompetent.
I come to this bank to handle my works deposits & have never had any issues. However today, this woman in the drive thru was incredibly rude. I typically will come with my two cash bags which will always have change in them. I have shown up before with almost $20 in change, however today is was $8.92 in UNROLLED changed. This drive thru lady preceded to lecture me on how I have to have it rolled every single time. This is not an issue, but I did ask “is this a new rule? There were 2 tellers and only 2 customers ahead of me. It seemed to take awhile. But I don't know what business they were doing. But once it was my turn, The service was courteous , thorough and helpful.
Went here at noon on a Saturday, drove from out of town to get here to open my son a teen checking account and was told it would take an hour to open. Well they close at 1pm. You are telling me they can’t take a few extra minutes after close time to wrap up opening a checking account when I took the time to drive out here? Poor customer service. Nothing on the website told me to give myself an hour to open the account. Since I work during the week every day until 4:30 that means since they close at 5pm I have to wait another... read more
What a joke, lmao. Walked in to open a checking and savings account for my wife and I personal use.. and I am a combat Veteran. The Jenks Chase just claimed they didn't have time for us. Ok then. I'm sure there's 100 banks in Tulsa that will take my money
