Tried calling FOUR times... impossible to speak with ANYONE at branch. @Chase Bank - DO BETTER!!!
This is usually my straight go to spot but I must admit it is a hit and miss. Today they miss. I’m pretty sure they forgot to dip the French toast in the milk/egg mixture. I have had it here before and you usually see the egg a lil or at least some softness from it being dipped. This was straight bread that they thought “they won’t be able to tell with all the topping on it” yall it was nasty. It was like straight toasted bread. Yelp not doing that again. I’ll stick to just avocado toast lol pic for reference
"Not friendly at all. They give orders to customers like it's the first day of army basic training. My home is 2 minutes from this Chase branch, but I have to drive 15-17 minutes to East Windsor or Hamilton Marketplace, and I only use the ATM. Plus, I stopped my income deposit from my employer so I don't have to deal with them anymore.But the thing that made me open a new account at TD Bank was asking the Chase [Holly/Holy] branch about the rate for British Pound exchange.
