Had to go there three times to deposit one cheque. The info provided was not up to the mark, could have had better service.
Poor customer service
Amazing service. I usually dislike going into branches because some of them don’t have good service ( most chase do have good service ) but when we met With Alena Bruster she was amazing. Just made everything so easy for us. Just great. Will be my favorite branch from now on.
Not customer friendly. Also taking more than 10 days to release my own funds even after the check is cleared from other bank within 2 days . Other banks I never had such issues ever
