I give this bank a zero. I was in the bank itself attempting to close out an account. They told me I could not close out the account there, even though I opened it there, and that I would have to do it via telephone. I told them that I also wanted to open an account and they told me to go home and do it on my personal computer. What was the point. So, I packed up all my stuff went down to STCU and they helped me immediately and I am now closing out all of my accounts from Chase and switching them over to STCU.
