Came to the bank today take care of busniess. Jordan and Gena was perfect, but this Alssya girl in the next window needs a serious reality check!!! Why would you speak to two people that do not know how to speak English that well. I'm not the only one that heard it.. Older lady with a walker comes in just trying to hold a convo an get money out her account.. You wanted to crazy to her!! Just all around disrespectful
ATM IS ALWAYS BROKEN AND WHEN YOU ASK THE MANAGEMENT THEY ACT LIKE YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO USE THE MACHINE. THEY PROBABLY TELL CORPORATE THAT THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE PROBLEM, THE MANAGEMENT IS PROBABLY LOW PERFORMING AND PLACED IN POOR AREAS THAT CHASE IGNORES ANYWAYS.

My daughter went into Chase Bank - Plank Rd location and spoke with a Genea Smith. She does NOT have an account at CHASE however the checks she had were refund checks and they came from her school that banks with CHASE. 1st excuse she got was - CHECKS WERE INVALID -after some delays she finally verified the checks -45 minutes later. 2nd excuse - her id was expired -mind you the id was the 1st thing she received when my daughter walked in - however it was so she left and returned today with her actual updated drivers license ... read more
Real band service and attendance they didn’t have the money i wanted to take out of my account, how is it that I have money and can’t take it out won’t be coming back here at all
