At this point, this place needs to be permanently closed them People never keep their equipment maintained and always operational.
ATM always broken and out of order
Every other time I go to this bank and go to that ATM either does not work out of order or just something's wrong with it. It's about time you people replaced the whole A. T. M. Do you get it all the money you people taking from all of us? And you can't replace your ATM that's a damn shame.
This place is in need of good customer service training. First of all, the ATM was broken outside and inside. So my husband went inside. He was mad because the clerk didn't count his money back to him, rather she placed the money in an envelope without counting it out in front of him, then placing it in an envelope. The clerks are not friendly. I trust nobody. At least count my money in front of me before placing my money in an envelope.
