First time to this location. Asked to meet with a Private client banker and was quickly told that she didn’t have time to meet with anyone today that didn’t have appointment. Turning around a Private Client? This is why I’m taking my money out of Chase bank. Wonder if I were white or Hispanic would they have made time.
They never answer the phone to be able to speak with anyone.
I walked in a while ago and saw the manager with powder on his nose, and he was acting strange. It's crazy how people work here and don't get drug tested.
