Pésimo trato!!!!! Hemos visitado la sucursal para abrir cuentas de estudiante a nuestros hijos( menores) Sale esta persona Irene García. Con una asquerosa actitud . Queriendo atender a mis hijos menores solos? Porque razón entrarían solos a hacer un trámite o cualquier cosa?! Muy mal servicio estoy totalmente desepcionada Chase recuérdale a tus empleados que tienen trabajo gracias a la gente que usa tus servicios.

Tried to go take money out at 9Pm on a Saturday boy unit looked like a homeless person was squatting inside the vestibule. Don’t get me ring , I’m all for helping out the homeless but it feels a bit awkward trying to take out money with him just sitting in there. I also understand that it is cold outside and they would like a warm place to stay but it’s very awkward trying to take out money in front of him.
Had the Pleasure of going in to reactivate my account, Juanita from chase bank had explained everything to me and guided me to the right choice, honestly without her helping me, I would of just went undecided and settled for anything, I appreciate her time & patience she is truly amazing.
Horrible Bank. ATM NOT WORKING. Terrible customer service.
