Can't reach by phone. Don't have computer access. I need to get into my safe deposit box, but I can't make an appointment or even find out if I need one. 😩
They charge you money a month just to keep your money in an account and they never answer their phones. They have the worst customer service I've experienced in years
First time to this location. Asked to meet with a Private client banker and was quickly told that she didn’t have time to meet with anyone today that didn’t have appointment. Turning around a Private Client? This is why I’m taking my money out of Chase bank. Wonder if I were white or Hispanic would they have made time.
They never answer the phone to be able to speak with anyone.
