Stolen purse and debit card used to incur $280. Bank Contacted me and offered to reimburse. Month later reimbursement decreased to $71 (haven't received). They claim fraudulent use placed account in overdraft. Do not Bank with this banker. Horrible people. Forced to claim bankruptcy 10+ years ago. Chase have since refused to let me open savings account. Horrible heartless banker.
I visited chase today , to open a new account and Kristina was very welcoming . She was so nice by nature and gave better understanding of everything . Glad I interacted with her . Thank you
Needed help with a large bag of change. Was blown off with change sleeves and the comment we would have to roll it if you leave it. Last time I checked you at least get paid to do it.
