I called this location three times to inquire about opening a business account with them. Particularly, I had some questions that weren’t sufficiently answered by online FAQs. I also tried calling the 800 number listed online for assistance. Why would I ever want to work with a bank who has 0 interest in assisting a new business customer? The excuse that this location along with another two are all so busy on a Saturday that there was not a single person available to at least answer and place me on hold is highly unlikely.
My mother and I had the worst experience today at the Drusilla location. No one ever acknowledged we were there waiting. One guy came out of the private client office and never came over to us after seeing us wait. Just asked how can we help you and then tell us it will be a while, or did you have an appointment. The lady in the front that you first see when you walk in was so rude and mean! She treated me like garbage and literally tried to put her hands on me to push me to the counter.
Chase canceled our checking account we’ve had for over ten years for no reason. Sorry service. Will take minimum of ten days to get our money.
Laterika had THE NASTIEST ATTITUDE and hung up the phone telling me that they are busy handling other customers. I asked if my inquiry was important and she just told me they are busy and I could go to another branch? I see why chase has horrible ratings they are all 3.9 or below!
