I went to this bank to withdrawal money (very normal thing to do at a bank, right?). I withdrew a lot from their ATM, and I was happy to hear the bills drop down! Getting this cash was the final step to a long, long day. After I heard the bills drop down, I went to reach for them. To my humble surprise, the ATM was locked and I could not grab my money. Best Chase in Baton Rouge
I received a call from the branch asking me to call them back without an explanation. I tried calling them back over ten times throughout the day, but no one answered. Why call me if you don't bother to answer your phone during business hours? This caused me to worry that something was wrong with my account.
