They LOVE to profile you at this location. My husband has dreadlocks and if he doesn’t put his nice jacket on before going into the bank he’s often asked for extra credentials or credit card ect… Not to mention we’ve been waiting for them to send us a new card for over 6 months now.
Came here with my fiance to set up a joint account. We were greeted and offered water as soon as we entered, which was super nice. Then, Daniel helped us set everything up, and was an absolute delight! He made the whole process SO easy! Highly recommend this location!
I am a long-time Chase customer and have never received such poor customer service as I did at this location. I walked into the Corporate Blvd branch to open a new business checking account. There was only one other customer present, and the teller asked the manager about opening my account. The manager asked if I could come back in three hours, and I said this was the only time that worked with my schedule. The manager then recommended that I go to a different branch. I called this location three times to inquire about opening a business account with them. Particularly, I had some questions that weren’t sufficiently answered by online FAQs. I also tried calling the 800 number listed online for assistance. Why would I ever want to work with a bank who has 0 interest in assisting a new business customer? The excuse that this location along with another two are all so busy on a Saturday that there was not a single person available to at least answer and place me on hold is highly unlikely.
