The ATM fee overdrew me – I was shocked to learn that an ATM fee assesed after a major purchase caused me to be overdrawn. With one nsf already credited back they refused to issue one even though it was their fault. I closed my account. I would never recommend this bank to anyone who wants to be treated fairly.

Free Checking is really free! I love the fact that free checking is free checking here. I have had my account with them for ten years and wouldn't go back to Us Bank if US Bank paid me to come back. The tellers are very sweet and always willing to help. They give out some of the cutest freebies from time to time in the branches. The online services are excellentand always up to date. I love the pay my bills feature!
