Worst banking experience
This is the worst banking branch among all banking institutions. The guy who was at the front cubical section last name Ujaienu (?) is the worst guy when it comes to customer service . Initially we went as a walk in customer for banking requirement then he didn’t entertain us instead schedule an appointment. We reached the bank on time as per our appointment still then he said come tomorrow, today we can’t do anything .. this branch needs a negative rating
