So I'm traveling and ask someone to deposit my check and some cash into my account and was told they could not put funds into my account unless they were on my account. This is an inconvenience to me. Unless that person was on my account or had a chase account .When I called your customer service number I was told cash was not accepted but they could have deposited my check and money order.
