Terrible attitude! Bad bad branch manger bad! Bad teller! Bad bankers they sit around and waste your time dont know how to do their job
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Chase Bank branch on Ferry Street in Newark. Saturday is the only day of the week I have available to handle my personal financial matters, so I made it a point to go into the branch during business hours specifically to open a new account. To my total surprise and frustration, I was turned away and told that they couldn't open an account for me because there was "no one available" to assist with account opening.
