We usually come to this bank for our financial needs, and the tellers Slimp, Scarlett, and a precious young man named Alex are the sweetest team ever! We usually go in, and almost always come to Alex. He is such a gentle caring person, and does very well in helping us. He's really nice to talk to, and very respectful. Lack of customer service for walk in customers. We were in the area and wanted to add my new wife to my account. We did not have an appointment and was asked to check in so we did. After 40 minutes of just sitting and seeing no one working or on the phone I got up to ask what was going on. The teller told me since we didn’t have an appointment we could be waiting for a while. Muy mal servicio fuimos el día de hoy 01/17/25 llegamos alas 4:10 pm nos anotamos para esperar luego salen y nos dicen q en breve nos atienden después de esperar 25 minutos llega creo q es el gerente y nos dice no los van a poder atender por q la iban hacer las 5 pm q ellos alas 5 cierran muy mal servicio de lo peor no son profesionales todos ellos a tras platicando y las personas esperando a que los a tiendan no se los recomiendo este banco en este condado son pésimos con los clientes
