Didn't set up business account correctly after I provided all the right documents and paper work. Then THEY shut down MY account because THEY didn't put the documents in. Entirely their fault but made this fallback on me, while I'm out of town working. This situation has made me not want to use them for my business needs. Go elsewhere if you're looking to open a business account.
I've done my banking there for a while. Good customer service, and I feel very welcome there
If you have any questions about anything, don't bother calling. They seemingly aren't capable of answering the phone.
